Bio of Sunjia L. Burks
Competing in her first pageant at the age of 12, Sunjia became intrigued with the pageant industry. She won Mrs. American Queen 2005, Mrs. Georgia American Queen, placed top 5 in the Georgia International pageant and top 10 in the Georgia America pageant.
For five years Sunjia served as President of Dr. Dee’s Fashion and Wedding Photography, where she taught make-up, print and runway modeling. Sunjia is a professional model at the Atlanta Apparel Mart in Pepper’s Collections.
She has appeared in several movies such as ATL and The Gospel, several T.V. Shows, newspapers, and magazines. Mrs. Burks also owns “Parade Of The Gowns” (a full-service pageant/prom boutique). |
